We are delighted to bring our services to Saudi Arabia and offer the same European standards and level of service to a wide variety of clients across the Kingdom in support of Vision2030 and the transition to sustainable transportation.
Meeting the needs of the public for charging is a priority across the Kingdom as the uptake of electric vehicles continues to rise, supported by both governmental and private initiatives, increasing vehicle production in-Kingdom, and the increased availability of EVs from a wide variety of vehicle manufacturers.
Our goal is to make the process of installing public charging simple and easy. We handle all aspects of the project from early concepts and design through to installation and maintenance. Envevo has supported many local authorities and clients in the UK to increase availability of public charging and will now be doing the same in Saudi Arabia.
EV Charging Hubs
Most public charging in the Kingdom will take the form of a “charging hub” located at malls or popular destinations.
Envevo is a specialist provider of charging hubs with extensive experience delivering such projects and dealing with the complexities of liaising with landlords or public bodies, connecting or upgrading existing infrastructure, and meeting strict timelines, all while working around a live environment and members of the public.
Charging hubs can be incredibly complex and include additional structures such as canopies, solar power generation and battery storage. Envevo simplifies the process by taking on all design and build responsibility for these hubs to ensure maximum efficiency and simplicity for the client. Envevo has been involved in various projects that are the first-of-their-kind and we pride ourselves on continually working with clients to optimise hubs to improve safety, usability, and efficiency.
Envevo is here to help with all aspects of the project and ensuring its smooth delivery with a focus on efficiency, simplicity, and above all, the safety of all people involved.
Forecourt Charging
Chargers can also be commonly found in existing or converted petrol forecourts. Envevo has installed chargers in hundreds of such locations which all come with unique challenges.
Working in forecourts requires additional licensing, precautions and health and safety measures due to its proximity to dangerous substations. Nevertheless, Envevo has become a specialist in working in such locations and has supported the likes of Shell, BP, and many more to include EV charging to existing forecourts to drive additional revenues.
Given the complex nature of these sites, Envevo will design the project to suit the clients needs be it working alongside incumbent suppliers or undertaking the works in full. This could range from Envevo only installing and commissioning the charger to completing the full works as principal contractor including planning, surveying, construction, earthing, and all associated legal works and approvals.
